Overview
Tao Pai Pai, also known as Mercenary Tao, is a deadly assassin in Dragon Ball and one of the earliest major antagonists. He is a highly skilled martial artist who first appears as a hired killer and later becomes a recurring threat. Tao is arrogant, ruthless, and extremely powerful, known for his use of lethal techniques and his iconic pillar-riding travel style. His role in the series is to challenge Goku and other heroes, helping establish the darker, more dangerous side of the Dragon Ball world.
