Overview
Tanjuurou Kamado is Tanjiro Kamado’s father in Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is a quiet, gentle, and physically frail man who lives in the mountains with his family. Though he appears unassuming, he is deeply important to the story because he passes down the Hinokami Kagura dance and the earrings that become central to Tanjiro’s journey. His memory and teachings strongly influence Tanjiro’s values, discipline, and connection to his family’s legacy.
