Overview
Kokkuri-san is the main male spirit character in Gugure! Kokkuri-san. He is a fox spirit who becomes the self-appointed guardian and caretaker of Kohina Ichimatsu after she summons him using a Ouija-like game. Although he often acts stern, overprotective, and dignified, he is also deeply caring and easily flustered by the strange people around him. He drives much of the comedy and heart of the series, serving as both a supernatural protector and a reluctant household parent figure.
