Overview
Tambourine is a demon-like villain in Dragon Ball and one of King Piccolo’s offspring. He serves as an assassin and enforcer, sent to eliminate strong martial artists and retrieve the Dragon Balls. He is brutally violent, arrogant, and one of the first major threats to Goku in the series. Tambourine’s role is to demonstrate the danger posed by King Piccolo’s return and to raise the stakes of the story through his ruthless attacks on the World Martial Arts Tournament participants.
