Wapol is the former king of Drum Kingdom in One Piece, a selfish and gluttonous tyrant who ruled with cruelty and abandoned his people when danger struck. Known as Tin-Plate Wapol after gaining the power to eat and merge anything with his body, he becomes a recurring comic villain and opportunistic schemer. He later returns as the ruler of the Black Drum Kingdom, where his greed and cowardice continue to define his role in the story.
