Overview
Mariya Shidou is a central character in Maria Holic, a cross-dressing student who presents as an elegant and highly feminine girl but is actually male. He is the twin brother of Kanako's roommate and is known for his mischievous, manipulative personality and sadistic teasing. Mariya plays a major role in driving the series' comedy and romantic chaos, often provoking Kanako while hiding his true identity and maintaining the school’s glamorous but deceptive image.
