Shadow is a small, black, heartless creature that appears in Kingdom Hearts III as one of the most common enemy types. It serves as a basic hostile creature encountered throughout many worlds, attacking the player in groups and often acting as the simplest representative of the Heartless. Although not a major named character, Shadow is important as part of the series’ recurring enemy force, symbolizing the spread of darkness and the constant threat Sora faces during his journey.
