Overview
Kamen Rider Specter is a major ally-turned-rival in Kamen Rider Ghost, and the transformation identity of Makoto Fukami. Driven by a strong sense of duty and a personal connection to the Ghost Eyecons, he initially appears cold and combative, but he is deeply protective of others. As the story progresses, he becomes one of Takeru’s most important allies, fighting threats from the Ganma and helping uncover the mysteries surrounding the Eyecons and the afterlife.
