Overview
NieA is a main character in NieA_7, a laid-back and eccentric alien girl living in a bathhouse attic with Mayuko Chigasaki. She is poor, hungry, and often freeloads, but her energetic and mischievous personality drives much of the series’ comedy and charm. NieA’s role is to contrast Mayuko’s more serious life, while also revealing themes of friendship, loneliness, and everyday survival in a quiet sci-fi setting.
