Turtler is a fictional Decepticon character from the Transformers series, best known as one of the members of the Godmaster team in Transformers: Super-God Masterforce. He is a powerful sea-based warrior who transforms into a giant turtle-like vehicle/robot hybrid and serves as a major antagonist.
