Overview
Himeko Kurusugawa is one of the two central heroines of Kannazuki no Miko. She is a kind, energetic, and somewhat naïve high school girl who becomes entangled in an ancient conflict tied to the Sun and Moon shrines. As the Miko of the Sun, she plays a key role in the story’s supernatural and romantic drama, especially through her bond with Chikane Himemiya. Himeko’s character drives much of the emotional tension and the series’ tragic, fate-driven plot.
