Overview
Buriburi Zaemon is a fictional samurai hero character from Crayon Shin-chan, created as a parody of old-fashioned gallant warriors. He appears in Shin-chan's imagination and in stories within the series, often acting as a dramatic, self-important protector who still has a comical, cowardly side. His role is mainly comedic, serving as a humorous contrast to Shin-chan’s chaotic personality while also parodying heroic archetypes. He is one of the franchise’s most recognizable recurring side characters.
