Penguin 1-gou is one of the three mysterious penguin companions in Mawaru Penguindrum. He is a silent, comic, and often mischievous helper who appears alongside the main characters during their search for the Penguindrum. Although he does not speak, his actions provide humor, visual gags, and occasional practical assistance.
