Overview
Ramiel is one of the Angels in the Rebuild of Evangelion film series (Evangelion Shin Gekijouban). It appears as a powerful, geometric, blue, crystalline Angel known for its distinctive rotating octahedral form and devastating energy beam. Ramiel serves as a major early threat to NERV and the Eva pilots, especially Shinji Ikari and Rei Ayanami, forcing the organization to develop new tactics to defeat it. Its battle is one of the most memorable and visually iconic confrontations in the series.
