Overview
Fafner Mark Elf is a fictional mecha unit from Soukyuu no Fafner, not a human character. It is one of the Fafner series of combat mecha used by the Mitsuhiro Island defenders to fight the mysterious Festum. As a frontline weapon, Mark Elf represents the series’ core theme of young pilots bearing heavy responsibility in an existential war. Its role is to support the island’s survival through coordinated battles, protecting both the remaining human population and the hope of continued resistance.
