Overview
Mijumaru, known in Japanese as ミジュマル, is the Water-type starter Pokémon from Pocket Monsters: Best Wishes! (Pokémon the Series: Black & White). It is a playful, sea-otter-like Pokémon that belongs to the Unova region starter trio. In the series, Mijumaru is closely associated with Ash and serves as one of his main Pokémon companions early in the Unova journey. It is known for its energetic personality, comic relief moments, and battles using its shell as a weapon and shield.
