Overview
Eva-03, also known as Evangelion Unit-03, is a mass-produced Evangelion unit in the Rebuild of Evangelion film series, including Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition. It is a test-type Evangelion introduced as part of the NERV arsenal and later becomes a critical threat when it is infected by the Angel Bardiel. The unit’s appearance and battle role make it one of the series’ most memorable and tragic Evangelion units, highlighting the danger and instability of the Evangelion project.
