Overview
Koro-sensei is the central character and teacher of Class 3-E in Ansatsu Kyoushitsu (Assassination Classroom). He is an extremely powerful, yellow, octopus-like being who moves at incredible speed and becomes the students' homeroom teacher after destroying much of the moon. Despite his threatening appearance and the assassination target placed on him, he is caring, intelligent, and deeply invested in helping his students grow academically and emotionally. He serves as both mentor and catalyst for the series' main conflict.
