Louise Bridges, often referred to as BB-28 or simply 'Lou', is a key character in the game Death Stranding. As a Bridge Baby (BB), she serves as a crucial link between the world of the living and the world of the dead, allowing protagonist Sam Porter Bridges to sense BTs (Beached Things).
