Cell Max is a powerful artificial lifeform and the main antagonist in the film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. Created by Dr. Hedo for the Red Ribbon Army, Cell Max is a gigantic, monstrous version of the original Cell, designed to surpass all previous androids in strength and destruction. Unlike the original Cell, Cell Max is largely uncontrollable and acts purely on instinct. He serves as the final challenge for Gohan, Piccolo, and the other heroes, showcasing overwhelming power and a fearsome presence.
