Overview
μ (pronounced 'Myu') is a central character in the anime series 'Caligula.' She is a sentient virtual idol who creates the world of Mobius, a digital utopia designed to shelter people from their real-life pain and suffering. μ acts as both a benevolent guide and an antagonist, as her desire to protect people's happiness inadvertently traps them in a false reality. Throughout the series, her evolving relationship with the protagonists drives much of the story's conflict and philosophical themes.
