Overview
Benisuzume Tanikaze is a prominent antagonist in the anime series 'Sidonia no Kishi' (Knights of Sidonia). Originally a powerful Guardian pilot, Benisuzume is killed and subsequently assimilated by the alien Gauna, who recreate her form and use her piloting skills against humanity. This Gauna construct, known as Benisuzume, becomes a recurring threat to the protagonists, especially Nagate Tanikaze, and is infamous for her formidable combat abilities and tragic origins.
