Jun Shibaura is a supporting character in the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Ryuki. He transforms into Kamen Rider Gai (also known as Kamen Rider Axe in some translations). Jun is a cunning and manipulative university student who enjoys playing mind games. He participates in the Rider War for his own amusement rather than any noble purpose, often using psychological tactics against other Riders.
