Overview
Sou Fueki is a major antagonist in the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Wizard, part of the Kamen Rider franchise. He is a mysterious and brilliant physicist who secretly acts as Wiseman, the leader of the Phantoms. Fueki’s ultimate goal is to resurrect his deceased daughter by any means necessary, driving the events of the series. As Wiseman, he manipulates other Phantoms and opposes the protagonist, Haruto Soma, playing a crucial role in the show's conflict.
