Raku Ichijou is the main protagonist of the anime and manga series Nisekoi. He is a high school student and the heir to the Shuei-Gumi yakuza group. Despite his background, Raku is gentle, honest, and aspires to live a normal life. To avoid conflict between rival gangs, he enters a fake relationship with Chitoge Kirisaki, leading to a series of comedic and romantic misunderstandings. Raku is central to the story’s love polygon and the mysterious promise from his childhood.
