Overview

Gonyonyo, known as Whismur in English, is a Pokémon species from the Pocket Monsters (Pokémon) franchise. It is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. Gonyonyo is recognized for its timid and shy personality, often startled by loud noises, which causes it to cry loudly. Its cry can be heard from over half a mile away. In the Pokémon series, Gonyonyo typically appears as a wild Pokémon encountered early in the Hoenn region and serves as a stepping stone for trainers on their journey.
