Cui is a minor antagonist in the Dragon Ball Z anime series. Serving as a soldier in the Frieza Force, Cui is known for his arrogance and rivalry with Vegeta. He is tasked by Frieza to eliminate Vegeta on Planet Namek after Vegeta betrays the Frieza Force. Cui is confident in his abilities, but is easily overpowered and quickly defeated by Vegeta, highlighting Vegeta's growth and strength. Despite his brief appearance, Cui serves as an early obstacle for the protagonists during the Namek Saga.
