Page One is a member of the Tobiroppo, also known as the Flying Six, in the anime and manga series One Piece. He serves under Kaido, one of the Four Emperors, as part of the Beast Pirates. Page One is notable for his Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit, the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Spinosaurus, which allows him to transform into a spinosaurus. He is the younger brother of Ulti and often appears alongside her. Page One plays an antagonistic role during the Wano Country Arc.
