Rip Van Winkle is a major antagonist in the anime and manga series Hellsing. She is an officer in the Millennium Organization, a Nazi paramilitary group, and serves as the captain of the Millennium's zeppelin, the Eagle. Rip is known for her distinctive appearance, operatic singing, and her magical musket, which allows her to fire bullets that can change trajectory and pierce any target. She is loyal to her commander, The Major, and is ultimately confronted by Alucard during the series.
