Overview
Kusuriuri, known as the Medicine Seller, is the enigmatic protagonist of the anime series Mononoke. Distinguished by his striking appearance and cryptic demeanor, Kusuriuri travels across feudal Japan exorcising malevolent spirits known as mononoke. He wields a mystical sword that can only be drawn after uncovering the Form, Truth, and Reason of the mononoke. His role is that of a wandering exorcist, unraveling supernatural mysteries and helping people confront their inner demons.
