Muten Roshi, also known as the Turtle Hermit or Master Roshi, is a wise and eccentric martial arts master in the Dragon Ball series. He is renowned for being the teacher of Goku, Krillin, and several other prominent characters. Despite his perverted antics and comedic behavior, Roshi is a legendary fighter who created the Kamehameha technique.
