Shuu Ouma is the main protagonist of the anime series Guilty Crown. Initially a shy and introverted high school student, Shuu's life changes dramatically when he acquires the 'Power of the King,' enabling him to extract weapons or tools called 'Voids' from people. Throughout the series, Shuu becomes a reluctant hero who struggles with the responsibilities and burdens placed upon him, playing a central role in the resistance against the oppressive GHQ regime.
