Overview
James Delvil, known as コジロウ・デルヴィル in Japanese, is a fictional character from the anime series Pocket Monsters (Pokémon). He is a prominent member of Team Rocket, alongside Jessie and Meowth. James is known for his flamboyant personality, loyalty to his teammates, and comedic antics. Throughout the series, he often devises elaborate schemes to capture Pikachu and other rare Pokémon, only to be thwarted by Ash and his friends. Despite being an antagonist, James is depicted as kind-hearted and sympathetic.
