Overview
Wataru Kurenai is the main protagonist of the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Kiva. A shy and introverted young man, Wataru lives in a mysterious Western-style house and is passionate about making violins. He becomes Kamen Rider Kiva to protect humans from the monstrous Fangires, a vampire-like race. Throughout the series, Wataru struggles with his dual heritage as both a human and Fangire, and his journey is central to the show’s themes of identity, acceptance, and heroism.
