Overview
Mitsuki Kouyama is the main protagonist of the anime and manga series Full Moon wo Sagashite. A 12-year-old girl with a passion for singing, Mitsuki dreams of becoming a singer to fulfill a promise to her childhood friend Eichi. Despite suffering from throat cancer, she is determined and courageous, gaining the help of two shinigami, Takuto and Meroko, who give her the ability to transform into a healthy 16-year-old idol named Full Moon. Mitsuki's journey is both emotional and inspiring as she pursues her dreams.
