Overview
Manji is the main protagonist of the anime and manga series 'Mugen no Juunin' (Blade of the Immortal). He is a skilled samurai cursed with immortality, unable to die until he has killed one thousand evil men as atonement for his past crimes. Throughout the series, Manji acts as both a bodyguard and mentor to Rin Asano, a young girl seeking vengeance. His complex character and internal struggles drive much of the story's emotional and philosophical themes.
