Penguin Ichigou is one of three mysterious blue penguins who accompany the Takakura siblings in the anime series Mawaru Penguindrum. Assigned to Shoma Takakura, Ichigou is characterized by its playful yet mischievous actions, often providing comic relief amidst the series' darker themes. Though the penguins appear harmless, they assist the siblings in their quest for the elusive Penguindrum, acting as silent partners and sometimes complicating situations with their antics. Their origins and purpose remain enigmatic throughout much of the story.
