Overview
Hazuki Kagimura is the main protagonist of the anime series Märchen Mädchen. She is a shy and book-loving high school girl who often escapes into the world of stories to avoid her struggles with social interaction and her strained relationship with her stepfamily. Hazuki discovers she is a 'Mädchen'—a girl chosen by magical texts—and is transported to a mysterious academy where girls compete to become the next master of stories. Throughout the series, Hazuki grows more confident and forms strong friendships.
