Napoleon is a sentient sword and one of the Homies created by Big Mom in the anime series One Piece. As part of the trio of living weapons made from Big Mom’s own soul (alongside Prometheus and Zeus), Napoleon often takes the form of a bicorne hat, but can transform into a massive sword for combat. Loyal to Big Mom, Napoleon is highly intelligent and plays a supporting role, amplifying Big Mom's already formidable strength and serving as her trusted weapon.
