Ren Amamiya is the protagonist of Persona 5, a role-playing game developed by Atlus. He is a high school student who transfers to Shujin Academy in Tokyo after being falsely accused of assault. Ren becomes the leader of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, a group of vigilantes who alter the hearts of corrupt individuals by infiltrating their subconscious mind, known as the Metaverse. With his Persona, Arsène, he seeks to bring justice and reform society. Ren is known for his silent, yet charismatic demeanor and strong sense of justice.
