Overview
Touka Miyashita is the main protagonist of the anime and light novel series 'Boogiepop wa Warawanai' (Boogiepop and Others). She is an ordinary high school student who serves as the vessel for Boogiepop, a mysterious shinigami-like entity who appears to protect the world from supernatural threats. While Touka herself is gentle and quiet, Boogiepop is cold, enigmatic, and emotionless. The duality of her character is central to the series, driving much of its psychological and supernatural intrigue.
